Do we offer international shipping?
- Unfortunately, at this time we can only ship within the United States.
Do we offer returns, refunds, or exchanges?
- Due to the handmade nature of our small business, we cannot offer returns, refunds, or exchanges on our items. All items are sold "as is". For custom items, we work with you to create a product as specified by you. We are very proud of our work and service. All sales are final.
Do we offer local pickup?
- At this time, we only offer local pickup for our local fundraising orders. All other orders must be shipped.
How long does shipping take?
- For our ready to ship items, they typically take 3-7 business days to be packaged and mailed out through USPS. We cannot control the speed of shipping due to mail or holiday delays. We will provide tracking information for all of our orders.
- For custom orders, this is a 2-4 week process for normal design work, then an additional 3-7 business days to be packaged and mailed out through USPS. We cannot control the speed of shipping due to mail or holiday delays. We will provide tracking information for all of our orders.
